We are looking forward to welcoming you to #MADEINMANCHESTER FESTIVAL. In order to ensure an enjoyable festival experience for everyone, please read this VERY IMPORTANT event information.

TIMINGS 
Gates Open // 12.30PM
First Act // 12.40PM
Curfew // 11pm

FOOD & DRINK 
Only food and drink for young children and for medical reasons will be allowed. A Foodie Village is on site with various food vendors and options to choose from plus outdoor festival bars serving a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks.

WATER & FILL UP POINTS
Sealed bottled water will be allowed into the festival along with empty reusable water bottles that can be filled up on site – please ask at the bars.

STRICTLY NO BYO ALCOHOL 

TICKETS 
Tickets are automatically sent on booking to the email address provided, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received them.

Everyone will need a ticket to enter the festival. If booked online please ensure you print all tickets or have them available on your mobile ready for scanning on the gate. Ticket categories will be checked to ensure it matches the person entering and our events team reserve the right to refuse entry, so ensure you have booked the correct category. 

If you have booked as a group and want to arrive separately then please ensure you print your tickets so each person has their own individual ticket.

No tickets will be available on the gate.

PASS OUTS
Due to security no pass outs/re-entry to the site.

CHILDREN 
Under 16’s MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18. Unaccompanied children will be refused entry and no refunds will be given.

Prams, strollers & push chars are allowed in to the festival.

EAR PROTECTION 
This is a music festival, if you have young children you may want to bring some ear defenders. 

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY 
The festival will be filmed and photographed for marketing and promotional purposes. By entering the festival site you are giving your consent to be featured. 

ENTERTAINMENT & ACTIVITIES
There will be a number of children’s rides and fun activities for all ages available on site.

CASH & CARD PAYMENTS 
Please ensure you bring cash and change. Card payments will be accepted by some vendors but not all. There is no ATM on site. 

CHALLENGE 25 
The festival and bars operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. Please ensure you bring valid and recognised photographic ID. 

CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR 
Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather forecast. This event is outside on a grassed area.

SEATING 
Feel free to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets to sit on. 
Please ensure these are positioned away from the area directly in front of the stage to allow for standing room.

FESTIVAL FLAGS & SMOKE FLARES
Festival flags are very welcome.

Smoke flares are strictly not permitted and the security reserve the right to evict anyone found to be in possession. It is now illegal to let off a smoke flare in a public place.

BAG SEARCHES & PAT DOWNS 
For everyone’s safety our security teams will carry out bag checks and pat downs. 

PARKING 
No parking available is available on site. Please find alternative ways of getting to and from the venue. 

RUBBISH & LITTER 
Please take all rubbish to the nearest bins or take it home with you. 

DOGS & ANIMALS
Only assistance dogs will be allowed into the festival.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
Pitch Productions and the venue accept no liability for the loss or damage of your own personal property whilst attending our festivals. 

SMOKING
Made In Manchester operates a No Smoking policy within the festival site. Please ask the stewards and security team for the designated smoking area.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT 
Everyone is attending the festival to have a good time. Please ensure you are respectful and courteous to fellow festival goers, volunteers and staff. Any unruly, disrespectful or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and the security team reserve the right to remove you from the festival site. Please also be respectful to local residents and their property both en-route to and going home from the festival.
